Kids have not seen or played with kaleidoscopes like we use to.So fun watching them discover them . All the colors and patterns just by turning the dial. Made well.

I thought this kaleidoscope was a great buy until I found my 3 year old in her room with three pieces of glass mirror in her hands. She took it apart on her own. Not sure why this isn’t made with plastic inside since it’s marketed for children.

My 5 year old had been wanting a kaleidoscope for her birthday, this was perfect! She carries it in her little purse. Loves shaking up the beads to create new designs.

Very easy for young children to open up and remove the sharp and fragile glass mirrors inside. If you have this product and small children throw it away immediately!

The larger piece on the end popped right off, revealing the mirrors inside. (Hello hazard!) I had to return as it wasn’t safe.
