I bought this pump for a camping trip. When I had a full black tank I hooked it up per the instructions. The motor spun but it wouldn’t pump. It was a few days past the return window so I contacted the company. I sent them a picture showing the broken gasket inside. They tell me I ran it dry dry for too long. I didn’t run it dry at all.I don’t know anything about this company but they are probably like many once great companies that now manufacture in china and their products are now junk

First couple uses in the books and works great. Fast powerful no mess if you flush with your gray water. Make some custom wire harnesses for whatever situation suits you and makes life easy. Cut out the sides of plastic in container and gives ample room for wiring. Stuffed 7 way plug, cigarette light plug, SAE double harness, and battery clamps in there.

This unit and kit (04 Series) is of superior quality; we are snowbirds and are familiar with many other brands used by friends. The switch and cables are the best of any brand. The case fits everything and protects the pump and accessories. I contacted SeaFlo customer service (Doug...) with a concern and the response was awesome. They are polite, know their products, and make sure you are satisfied; they just care. I would recommend any SeaFlo product to others.

Of all the RV macerator pumps I've used, this one by far is the best one! More suction to empty the black water tank.

This is a great value. Makes it easy to empty the RV's holding tanks into my sewer connection almost 75 feet away. I use a 3/4" red commercial garden hose. Super convenient when we come back from an overnight boondocking trip since there is no need to find or detour to an RV dump station on the way home. Also makes it convenient to use the RV as the occassional spare bedroom or office suite at home. The compact carrying case and end caps makes it convenient to carry on the road if needed.

The primp works but it is wired incorrectly and the negative has to be hooked to the positive and positive to negative. Not a big issue just confusing at first. Called company and they are sending a replacement that should be correct. If it’s correct I will give them 5 stars.
