The unit is easy to install, but the design seems inherently flawed and needs to be seriously upgraded. After a few months of light usage, the macerator blade worked its way loose from the motor shaft, and neither the manufacturer nor the seller has responded to my inquiries for warranty service. However, just recently, they have sent me a replacement unit. Perhaps, if the manufacturer would replace the macerator blade with a sharp one - as does JABSCO - the problem would be resolved.

Installed on 1992 Maxum 2300SCR. Replaced manual pump assembly. Both water and exhaust hoses fit right in . Only had to wire 12v directly from battery. So far works ok . Great price 👍💪Unit got stuck with regular toilet paper. I switched to RV/Marine toilet paper , so far works ok no more overflowing . 🙏

Very easy to install, simple to use (good for guests intimidated by the pump), a little loud but it’s all a compromise.

We ordered two of these, easy to install, worked great. However after maybe 10-15 uses. Over 1.5 months one of them stopped working so we'll, had the impeller shaft break in half and it was just laying there. These supposedly have a 4 year warranty and there is all kinds of contact info etc on the box and packaging but I waited 2 days and never had a response to 2 voicemails or an email. Amazon was great and allowed me to send it back and I replaced it. Concerned how long they will last and if there will ever be manufacturer support.

The "flush-only" mode does not work at all, both modes bring water in.When you select the "Flash-only" mode it still pump in water so you can't remove the water out of the toilet.In order to verify that the problem is with the Seaflo product and not the connected inlet or outlet pipes I disconnected the inlet pipe so water can't come in and then the existing water were flashed out.This is exactly what the "flash -only" mode should do but this product fails to perform. Waste of time and money and goes back to Amazon. Did I mention that I did not get a feedback on email sent to the company?So I guess they also do not have support or they are aware of this defect and do not have a solution.
