Lockable, and easy to install, it is 1-3/4" deep and includes a gasket and mounting hardware. Can be used horizontally or vertically in up to 18 configurations. Configurations include GFCI, Duplex, Switch or a Round Receptacle of 1-1/4”, 1-3/8”, 1-9/16”, 1-5/8”, 1-11/16”, or 2-1/8”.

Good weather protection for exterior outlets. However, cannot have plug in place with closed cover. Maybe could modify by drilling out space for cord to pass through.

I purchased this specifically for a GFCI outlet that is located directly behind a glass washing dishwasher machine thingy...The spacing between the dishwasher and the wall and hence the outlet, it's just extremely tight. And most bubbles I've looked at are two to three inches in depth.This one allowed me to install a GFCI wet location outlet directly behind a dish machine, and still be able to open it up in order to press the reset button when necessary. Great purchase, will probably purchase again..

All parts were there, installation was as expected. I did have to modify how I put it on tho as the “decorator” sized smart switch from Kasa didn’t quite fit right. But I think that may be the switch not this cover.

It's working great in my application - a horizontal duplex plug in a stucco wall. It has adapters for different styles of plugs and I found it easy to install.

The outlet cover was easy enough to install. It will prevent splash water to get into the electric outlet. However, if there is extensive water spray, it will not keep the water out. Around the clear cover, there are no rubber seals and neither are there any seals around the separate covers to attach to the outlet. I have issues with insects in my yard also. These covers will not keep ants and other little bugs out since there is numerous hole in the covers that will have to be sealed by silicone or something. In comparison, I attached a picture of a European waterproof outlet cover. Nothing gets into that..
