The information in the description posts 3 different tensile strengths. The lowest given is about 3k lbs. Most US and EU 8mm accessory cords list tensile strengths between 3k and 3.5k lbs. I keep this in mind and test my application before use.

Decent rope, very stiff. Not easy to make knots with if you want them tight, but the rope does feel strong.

I’m not a climber but do a ton of camping and other outdoor activities, so I like to have various types of rope on hand for whatever comes up. I have other diameters of tops from this same company, and all of the performer equally well. This rope seems quite strong and well made. It takes a knot well and doesn’t fray easily. Ends easily melt to stay clean. It’s very smooth. Coils easily. Doesn’t easily tangle. Very uniform throughout its length. Nice and bright for visibility.

This length of rope is the right length for making prusik knots. I got this to create prusik and back up knots in my top roping rig. It can be used in a variety of your climbing or rigging needs. The rope came well flaked, clean, strong, and light.

Great length of high quality rope. Tested to sit and holds my 200lb frame, did not test falls. Vibrant color for excellent visibility. Recommend.

Excellent quality rope. Will be taking to Everest next month(August 11th) so I will really put it to the test. I can already tell this is a great rope upon inspection. Will report back next month on how well it holds up.

Do not use this rope for prusiks knots or other friction knots as it will melt and then not grip anymore. Also it is a little to stiff to grip all the time when you use it as a friction knot. Do not recommend for prusik knot or other friction knots.

I carry this rope with me in my jeep for those times I may need to scurry down some scree on a mountain. It works very well for that purpose. Well made and sturdy.
