These trailer lights, for the price, are cheap and did not perform as advertised. They lasted about 150 miles before complete failure of both pieces as you can see in the photos. One side failed and the red plastic tube flew away, that's the LED and wires still hanging there. The other side snapped off but I got home before the red tube slipped off! I'm sure I spent more time mounting the lights on my trailer and wiring the lights in then they lasted! Extremely disappointed in this product. Amazon should consider discontinuing this item.

Installed fairly easy. One broke clean off on second time to lake. The other side is cracked at the base. Did not hit anything with them, or bump into them. Just water backing in broke them.

I added these to a jetski trailer that i converted into a kayak trailer. Since it is so short threelighted markets make backing up so easy. Especially at night.

I'm using them on a small trailer and installed them so I can see the trailer from my rear view mirror, still not tall enough to see from my rear view mirror, the look good and are holding up

Over the years I've purchased 4 or 5 sets of these. They are great looking (when they work) and a great help back your boat trailer at night or pulling your boat out at night at a launch. The rubber base is a good improvement. The old style would snap at a slight touch after time on the road. This is a great idea. It just needs more improvement to last longer. It needs to be more durable. They are much better looking than the white pipe guides with a red or white light on top. I wish Sea Sense would work to get these things long lasting and they would sell like hot cakes.

JUNK! Looked really cool as soon as they were installed especially at night but it lasted one time out, one 7 minute ride to the lake and one time in the water. Now only one side works witch looks very dumb so I need to disconnect it. I had to cut the wires shorter to install them cause they come long and threw the package away after I put them on the trailer so Im stuck with expensive JUNK. Don't waste your $

Work well. Installation is as simple as connecting two wires and installing two screws (per side). Note lights only begin half way up (shown in picture)
