this product is designed to seal the female portion of the outdoor extension cord . it is made so cheaply that when you plug it in it snaps . leaving me with the ground pole portion stuck in my brand new extension cord

I used these last year for Christmas displays ( a couple inflatables and all my lights). I have a few of the clamshell type enclosures, and while those work, I get more usage out of these and no tripped outlets.

I bought this package of plug outlet sealers for our outdoor Christmas light connections, and they keep the moisture out of the cord outlets. I used to wrap the outdoor light connections in cling wrap to keep moisture out and avoid damage. These plastic parts do the job well.

Worked just as advertised and arrived well before the estimated delivery date. We are ordering a second set. We need more than we originally thought because we had forgotten there are two sides (male and female) of each light-string plug that need to be sealed.

I saw this product on YouTube, and I wanted something that would Seal my Christmas light connections, so far so good. I wish I had purchased more.. there are a hard plastic for the end of the light run they work with either 3 prong or 2 prong cords.
