The memory foam does provide a good level of support, which is beneficial for my lower back during long hours of sitting. However, I did experience some discomfort initially as it took time to adjust to the cushion's firmness. The anti-slip bottom is a nice feature, ensuring it stays in place, but I noticed that it can get a bit warm after extended use, which is uncomfortable.

This memory foam seat cushion has been a game changer for my daily comfort. The cushion is not too soft, striking a perfect balance between support and comfort. My grandson in the 4th grade preferred a wooden chair as it was higher. From my own experience, I suspected it was nerve compression when he had a problem walking. Previously, he said his butt hurt, and he loved my cushion. So I got him this cushion and it was a game changer for pain relief. It also adds well to seats that are padded as I bought him a higher chair with a padded seat, and he still uses it sometimes in his game chair. This cushion is a nice addition for any child, especially if they sit in a hard chair or for lengthier times such as homeschooling. The cushion is firm but not rock hard, and the design in the rear helps relieve tailbone pain.

I have been using this for about a month and a half and I can say that it is a pretty good product. The office chair I use has sort of lost its "cushion" and that's from sitting for hours on end. My sciatica had been acting up so I thought this might help.At first, it was very awkward as I felt that I was leaning to one side, but then I realized it was how I was sitting in general. After locking the chair (from reclining) and sitting up properly, this has helped with the sciatica. Of course, using the cushion the correct way (split in the back) it made a big difference.The cushion is made of memory foam that restores itself after you stand. I haven't had any issues with it staying compressed and thin. The fabric is mesh, so it allows for air circulation. The only drawback that I have experienced with it, is that I sweat on the back end. Don't mind saying it. It could be me, but I thought I'd through that out there. I never noticed sweat in the back seat until I started using this. That's why only four stars.I would recommend this product just for the comfort, instead of sitting on a hard rolling chair. I'm hoping to see a dramatic shift in how I sit, walk and stand by using this product. Will keep you posted and make an update about four to five months in.
