Definitely worth getting. Install was easy, I used an oscillating dewalt tool to take the tabs off the seat, took about 30 seconds. Overall a must upgrade for any mini bike, especially a bt200x without suspension. A lot easier than figuring out a swing arm suspension for it.

This is a really cool idea. The BT200 is really bouncy and it's amazing how much a couple of springs under the seat can make a huge difference in riding comfort. The install was easy, but my only complaint is that it's designed in a way that requires you to cut the plastic hold down tabs off of your seat. I wanted to try it out and decide whether I liked the additional height and to make sure it didn't feel like i was bouncing off the bike. That's not practical if you have to permanently modify your seat to never work again without it.Rather than cut the seat I decided to cut the mounting plate. I used a grinder and cut-off wheel to cut a 1.5inch x 3 inch or so rectangle in the plate where the plastic tabs could slide in without cutting them off. I had to use a die grinder to get it just right, but with about 30 minutes of work I made it fit perfectly.I wish the manufacturer would have thought to make it that way. It would just require one modification in manufacturing with no impact to durability.I took off one star for that very reason. Otherwise I'm very happy with the result. The ride is much smoother with these springs and I feel like it will hold up for as long as I need it.Great idea, ok execution.Would recommend.

This version is much better than their first go on a springer seat. The first version was outright dangerous and they don’t even sell it any longer. They should have offered a replacement to their newer version to those who had previously purchased! The new version offers much more rigid support for the seat. Hardware is still on the cheaper side and overall, is an expensive kit when you consider you just modify your original seat.

This spring kit worked perfect! I installed it and have ridden MANY miles on back roads and trails. My back thanks me for this purchase. I highly recommend this kit if you want some relief from the bumps of a rigid frame straight axle bike.

Easy bolt on and saves the back. Worth the money.
