- The clutch and cover plate must be aligned before compressing the spring.
- be sure to add lubricant after installation. every time a thread is used as a lever, lubrication is required.

This kit worked excellent to rebuild my primary clutch in my polaris scrambler 850. Nice and heavy duty i would recommend it to anyone who needs to repair their clutch.

Made from mild steel.Corners rounded off while removing the jam nut and rounded off on the other edge while installing the nut.Waist of time and money.Left me stranded on doing repairs

Needed this style to put my primary back together. My other style was able to get it apart, but I would not have been able to put it back together without it slipping. So this tool was worth the price and I can use it again in the future.
