This seemed to be a nice mixer if you could figure out how to turn it on! The manual that came with this was totally useless. I even Googled how to turn it on, but that was no help. I never did get it to turn on and ended up throwing all my ingredients out because I didn't have a mixer. Returned for a refund.

I was missing the beater in the initial delivery but they totally stepped up and resolved the problem by sending me a whole new machine! Their customer service was amazing! Great product and value for the money.

I bought this mixer, and it broke after the first use. The bowl handle came off after trying to lift it from the base. In addition, the mixer would pop up while mixing. It has got to be the worst mixer design I have ever used. Also, the bowl can lock onto the base and you must wait until the bowl cool down before it will release. DON'T BUY THIS MIXER!!!!!!!

It doesn't mix the bottom of the bowl.

I bought this mixer to better mix and not need to knead dough. Great mixer... Works great. Easy to clean and easy to use it’s very durable and strong body . It’s very helpful for everyday use .I highly recommend to buy this mixer
