Installed these numbers myself following their very clear instructions. I decided to shifted from the solar panel to ac powered, and the customer service team was fast, responsive, and shipped out the ac adapter very quickly.The numbers themselves are very high quality and look amazing! With the extremely wet winters here in the PacNW I did use clear silicon sealant on the holes drilled into the siding for added water resistance.

This product came as advertised, a little expensive for the gauge of wire they useA few issues I had trouble with1. Not enough stand off bolts for mounting, I need more than 2 on each letter for durability2. The wire tails on each letter are barely long enough to reach the junction box, if you have a 4 or 5 number sign or are installing into a thick wall/ masonary & want nice spacing ask for longer wires3. I worry the solar battery / light sensor will stop working when exposed to heavy weather in Canadian climate, with the snow, ice and rain - will need to see after one or two years4. No junction box provided , you just need to connect 4 wires but it still needs a mini weatherproof plastic junction box, with a collar for the power cord etc .. the metal North American junction boxes are way too big so I bought mini plastic ones along with the wire collars on Amazon5. The gauge of wire is very light, it may work fine but for high end exterior projects/ installation's you might want heavier dutyOverall works great so far for my purposes, no complaints from clients yet, for the price I would prefer heavier duty wire and a heavy duty solar battery but we will see if this holds up in Canada

Great Product! The numbers are beautifully backlit and the instructions for mounting and the mounting diagram were perfect.Some things of note:1. The remote only comes with the solar panel. We chose not to get the solar panel because it would have been seen from the front of the house. So right now the lights are always on even in the daytime. They are sending us a timer that will shut them off during certain times.2. Each individual number is wired separately. We built a frame for them which makes mounting them simple and we can service them at a later date if needed.I recommend these to anyone who is looking to add a beautiful and practical design to their home.

I got this new house number a couple of weeks ago, and it's seriously impressive. The materials are top quality—really durable and elegant. The installation was a bit confusing at first, but the numbers came with an installation manual. There's also a QR code for an installation video, which is very helpful.I initially thought these numbers didn't need a wire connection, but the solar panel comes separately. Fortunately, it was easy to install. The customer service was great. When the numbers didn't light up at first, I contacted the seller. They explained that the solar panel is equipped with a dusk-to-dawn sensor and won't turn on during the day or if it detects light around the solar panel. I tested it by covering the solar panel, and it worked perfectly. The numbers light up when it gets dark.I'm very impressed and extremely satisfied with the purchase!

I am really happy with these lights. The build quality seems very worth the money. Install is very straight forward. It’s very easy with the proper tools. They even include a stencil to tape onto the brick so it takes out any measuring guess work.I had a few questions about the product an install question. The company got back to me very quickly and made sure I was happy. Would buy again.The night time pictures make it look too bright, but it’s a bit more subtle in real life. If you opt for the solar power unit, it comes with a remote that can dim, or set a timer. I opted for the a/c adapter, and just threw it on a simple light timer. Works great.

The lights work fine but they don’t last on more than 10-15 minutes. I can’t find anywhere the specs of a charger that I could use to recharge the batteries directly since the solar panel doesn’t seems to do the job. I can’t find a way to contact the seller either so I can get support. So far it has been a waste of money and time. I should’ve just get these on a local store.

I am very happy with my lighted house numbers! They look fantastic! I hired an electrician to wire them properly, and the included template was incredibly helpful! My electrician did suggest that the #8 could have had two drilled holes on each side for added security, similar to the other numbers.I decided to connect the numbers to the Transformer Power Source, and everything is working well. My only question is whether there’s a way to adjust the brightness at night, as the address is quite bright after dark.Thank you for a great product!Debbie Davis
