Standard 5/8" Baby Pin
- The screw adapter features a 5/8" standard lamp holder interface, which is compatible with most studio lights such as LED video light, softbox, flash, etc.
Safety Wire Hole
- This wall ceiling mount has been upgraded with a safety ring. When mounted it on a wall or ceiling, the lamp wire can be wrapped around it without hanging down, which is easy to organize and also protects the lamp.

I don't mean to be corny, but don't expect to get a can of corn with Selens Baby Pin wall plate; it's in the photo to show the size of the product. The base and pin are substantial and will likely support whatever studio light or other device you hang from it. I'm using it for a studio light at the ceiling. The straps, which I'm not employing currently, look to be typical ratchet straps and should work well. Recommended.

This is not the best made wall stud but if you are not using huge heavy lights it should be just fine. I have some Mathews wall plates and they are made to hold up a truck but most people dont need them and they are expensive so if all you need is to hold up a small light this item will work fine and is much cheaper then the alternative.
