This litter box has been fabulous! I've had cats and litter boxes all my life. I researched and finally found a great system that I was using for years, until now! This is a game changer for the cat world! The odor control is unmatched and the ease of keeping the littler fresh is so nice. I have had this box for a couple months now and have had no problems whatsoever, I love it!

So far this has been working great, and my cat didnt have any issues jumping right in! Ive had this about 4 months, with no issues! I have one cat, and I have to dump the poop box every 2 weeks, which is so much better than daily, and it keeps about 90% of the smells away! The 10% comes out when it's near that 10-14 day mark, so it reminds me to clean it! Very easy to put together too, and I love that I can control it from my phone when we are on vacation.

I am happy with the self cleaning litter box, it works as described so far, and does it ever make your litter go so much farther, it’s easy to clean and keeps the odor down to almost nothing and my cat enjoys using it, I don’t use the wifi on it and don’t really know what it’s for, when my cat uses it then leaves the drum does its thing, if my cat try’s to enter it while it’s in motion it stops until my cst leaves.

This litter box is just as advertised. It’s big enough for multiple cats to use without feeling cramped. My cats seem comfortable using it.This is a big plus! I haven’t noticed any leaks, and the high sides help prevent anything to get outside of it. The included scoop works well, and the non-sticky surface makes clumps come off easier. While it doesn’t completely eliminate odors, it does a better job than some other non-self-cleaning litter boxes I’ve tried. The mat is a nice touch! It helps trap litter and keeps my floor cleaner.For a standard litter box, this one does a great job at preventing leaks and keeping odors down. It’s easy to clean and spacious, but you’ll still need to scoop daily. If you’re looking for a simple but effective multi-cat litter box, this is a solid choice.

I had this set up for a couple of days without it once completing a full cleaning cycle. It stopped with an error every time. After inspecting it, I’m assuming this broken small plastic piece is the culprit. If they would just send a replacement part I could easily install it, but the only option I was given is to pack the entire thing back up and drag it to a UPS store to return the whole thing. Now I’ll have to order a new one, when they could’ve just sent a small part. I’ll likely go with a different model from a different seller next time.
