I've had this Purrtek Light Self Cleaning Litter box from PetCove for only a week but so far, it has been working great!After unboxing it, I let it sit empty for a day to allow my cat to check it out before setting it up for use. I often found him just sitting in it. Set up was easy and fast as it came fully assembled. All I had to do was unpack the supplies, add the carbon deodorizer to the waste bin before adding the garbage bag. I filled it with the kitty litter I currently use, Dr. Elsey's, plugged it in and turned it on. I like that you can control it with the app or manually on the box.I left his regular box near until I was sure he would use this as he has never had a self cleaning or open litter box. It took a day for him to begin using it and so far I haven't had any issues with it. I don't have any problems with litter getting stuck on the sides or rake. I have the app set to clean after 15 minutes. It is quiet and works as it is supposed to. I also like that is comes with a lifetime warranty. The only issue I had is when I tried to download the app or view the how to video via the QR code given in the product guide. Everytime I scanned the QR code, it took me to the PetCove website to register the product, which I already did. I couldn't go further. So I just downloaded the app from Google Play and followed the easy set up instructions from the product guide.I've only had this for a short time, but so far I am pleased and satisfied with this product and will continue using it. It is a high quality self cleaning automatic litter box and well worth the purchase price.

I have had this product for a little over a week. So far it is working well. The only issue that I am having is that my cats (2) are going in the same spot in the little box so when it scoops the waste and dumps it in the waste container it is dumping it into the exact same spot in the waste container causing that area to fill up quickly. Not sure that’s a product issue or cat issue. It is very easy to use and easy to change the bags.

I recently received the Purrtek Light automatic litter box for my cats.The machine came fully assembled and was packaged well. I had it set up in about fifteen minutes.It is really quiet. Also, the picture they are using on Amazon, does them no justice. It makes the litter tray look small and it is not. I have three indoor cats ranging in weight from about nine to fifteen pounds, and all 3 have plenty of room inside the box.In the 24 hours I have had it set up, all 3 cats have used it. Even my cat who is scared of anything new and refuses to use my Litter Robot 4.It has multiple safety features that I have checked out and they all worked properly, and it even comes with an app with basic functions. The app was super easy to connect.I was quite impressed to find out that the litter tray actually disconnects from the box for easy cleaning. Also, the waste drawer is in the front, which makes for easy access. The low front will make it easy for your cat to get in, and the high sides will help keep the litter where it belongs. And who doesn't love a lifetime warranty. Nothing is ever perfect and the only issue I see with it is the waste container could be larger. My cats give it four paws up.UPDATE: After a few days, I started having the same issue as another reviewer, my cats are diggers and were creating walls of litter in the box. Because of the safety feature, where the cleaning arm stops if it encounters too much resistance, it was no longer able to do its job, due to the weight of the litter. I was very frustrated, resetting the box multiple times a day and was ready to throw it out, when I decided to try lightweight litter in it. I purchased the arm and hammer hardball litter, and it has worked flawlessly for over a week now. Very happy with this machine and my cats still love it. Definitely a keeper!

So far, I love this and my cat seems to also! I unboxed this and left it empty for a few days to allow my cat to explore it before putting it into use. She would climb into to it and sit. I then filled it and turned it on but also left her regular litter box until I was sure she would use this. It only took 1 day for her to begin using it! So far, this is working great. I set the app to clean after 20 minutes. You can also tell it to "clean now" in the app, if needed, or push a button on the unit to clean without using the app. It is quiet and does exactly what it is supposed to do! I can check the app and see how many times my cat has used it. It is easy to check the bag (located at the front of box) to see when it needs to be changed. This has been a game changer for me! I had a stroke several months ago and don't have use of my left side which made getting down and scooping the old box difficult. I had to depend on my granddaughter to come and clean the old box, which didn't always happen on my time-frame (or my cat 's) lol. With this automatic box, it stays cleaner so both my cat and me are happier. I can easily change the bag myself when needed. Just open the drawer in the front and voila! (I still need my granddaughter to fill the litter.) I've only used this for a short time, but so far it works great! I have not had any problems with feces sticking to the rake like others have reported and thus, it operates very quietly. (although my girl also is very neat about covering her business. She doesn't kick it up all over.) I use Dr Elsey's Ultra litter which is the same litter I always used. Seems to be working very well. After a few weeks of use, this is well worth the price I paid for it. I've recommended it to other family members with a cat. I must say, it is larger than I expected, so it does take up more space, but that is not an issue. Also, I only have 1 petite cat, so can't say how it would work for multiple cats or much larger cats. If you are on the fence about ordering this, I say just get it! It is much more affordable than other automatic boxes out there. I am extremely satisfied with this.
