I am overall very pleased with this item. It looks good on my desk at work and works exactly as advertised to help keep my tea warm far longer than it takes me to finish a mug.The build quality feels sturdy, with a heavy base and rubber on the bottom, which keeps the mug from moving around or tipping over. It charges with no issues when the mug is placed on the base, and is secure sitting on the base (whether full or empty).I really enjoy the haptic feedback that indicates when the mug is turned on or off. I used the middle temperature setting, and this seemed to maintain a good temperature that did cool slowly with the lid off. Using the included lid keeps the drink very warm.The coating on the cup seems consistent and sturdy from my use so far. It also looks attractive on my desk.One suggestion to the manufacturer would be to add a memory function, so that it would return to the same temp setting when turned on the next day.I have not yet used the app, but will update with any feedback after I do. Based on my usage of the mug so far, I do not see a need to use the app as it works perfectly without it

I ordered the 16 oz mug and it was not correct, the cup only held 14 oz of liquid. I only ordered it because of its larger size - how are they measuring the volume? It’s not difficult to measure how much liquid it holds. I, sadly, had to send it back, 14 oz was too small.

I drink hot coffee every single morning. I like it to be very hot but most of all I like it to stay hot. I typically find myself nuking my coffee in the microwave about half way through the cup. But now my coffee stays consistently hot till the very last sip! I can’t drink out of any other mug now!⭐️ Battery life is amazing! Kept my coffee warm 3 mornings in a row without needing a charge. The charging coaster makes it easy to keep it charged even while you’re using it.⭐️ Love that it comes in 16oz size and with a lid!⭐️ The color options are great I personally went for the Forrest green color. I love the finish/texture the ceramic coating it feels very luxurious and durable.⭐️ Super simple to use making it a great gift for anyone! One touch button with three heat settings to choose from. The vibration feed back is nice when you click the button.So far Kepwam is so much better than other high end brand mugs I’ve had and at nearly half the price!

This mug is my favorite! After purchasing another model that died in 2 weeks, I was thrilled to find something that appeared to have more features, including an app. I have had it just one day but thus far love it. The green is stunning and the quality seems great. Also love the small base for charging. I also found customer service to be impeccable when I had a pre sale question.Heats quickly and holds temp. You can customize the temp in the app. I don't love handles but I can grip around it without and it is not too warm. Will purchase another color and add to my creator list.

Pros: Lovely color. It has a nice weight to it. It does hold 16 oz (doesn't look like it does, but it does). The color is a pretty dusty blue, leaning slightly teal. I've used it twice now, for hot chocolate and for coffee. It's kept it nice and warm on the lowest setting, but my preference is the middle setting for the perfect drinking temp personally. I charge it overnight or during the day when I'm not using it.Areas to improve (not strong enough for me to consider it a con): the handle would be a little nicer if it were more smooth edged. Also not a big deal to me, but the buttons to turn on/off and increase/decrease heat don't take too much pressure to turn on so they can be accidentally touched. Just note where you're putting your hands, and it should be fine. A great way to drink your hot beverage and not have to keep reheating it!

The GOOD:The mug is great.. heats up fast, stays warm fast.I did love turning on my phone when I woke up, knowing I still had tea in the cup, and just turning it on before I got up to get it nice and warm.I like the included lid, that does help immensely to keep the liquid warm, but even without, it stays plenty warm.The DISAPPOINTING:I was disappointed that the 'customize temp' on the app really has silly limits that makes it kinda pointless to customize ... I get not making it hotter than what could be safe for the cup, but it really has no customization that is signifcant... and the customize appearance is just for the app and very subtle.I also wish the charger base was USB, instead of old-fashioned pin plug and fat plug adapter.IMPORTANTLY, there is no way on earth that this cup is 16oz... at best it's size hold about 12oz... very misleading. I use a Cuisinart kcup every morning set to 12oz for a cup of coffee, and this mug just barely holds it.A key buying point was the extra size so I could add creamer easier, but doesn't fit without pouring some out.
