  • CHILD-SAFETY LOCK: One dispensing paddle for ice cubes and one spigots for both cold and hot water make dispensing easy and allow you to refill almost any sized cup. The hot water dispenser has a child safety lock, preventing any accidental pouring. If you want a cup of hot water ,please press the Child Lock button first then press the hot water button.
  • LIGHT THE WAY: Nightlight feature makes the water spouts clearly visible at night . The nightlight also allows for full visual access to the removable drip tray, so you know when it is time to clean it.
  • ECO MODE：The machine will stop heating water at night if the ECO mode is on. Press the energy saving button to turn on the ECO mode function. Press and hold ECO button to turn it off.
  • EMPTY BOTTLE ALERT: Empty bottle indicator lets you know when the bottle needs to be replaced. Take the guesswork out from refills and upkeep with the water cooler that conveniently reminds you.

  • The cold water reservoir is made of ABS and the water tubes are made of silicone. It may have a plastic taste

    Please clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it with no water source attached after the citrus solution.

  • It is a water dispenser with ice maker. It can makes ice , but doesn't keep ice frozen. You need to keep ice in the freezer.

    If you leave it on, it will get a full bin and shut off . Then as the ice melts, it makes more.

  • Please tell us the return reason and specify the issue and we will provide the pre-paid return label if the machine is defective.

"It looks really nice and is not at all cheap feeling. Setting it up, all i did was pull it out the box literally and plugged it in. Now the ice maker.. it actually makes it!!!! You can hear them drop and it makes them pretty fast after you click the ice button. But it doesn't keep ice frozen.The water is so cold, or hot or room temp as well."
