Bought this pre-COVID not knowing how much use it was going to get. Designed for voice communication not for music play. Does a phenomenal job of doing what it was designed to do. Direct and seamless Bluetooth interface to TEAMS and Zoom via laptop. Noise cancelling dual microphones are appreciated by your co-workers on the other end of the line. Used 6-7 hours per day 5 days a week since COVID and still running strong.

I was using a VTECH Eristation for conference calls over a landline to ensure clarity. I did not always have a phone number to dial so I purchased this Sennheiser unit to replace my Jabra 510s which was not reliable. No software to install unlike the Jabra...and the applications MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet...all picked it up without issue. Individuals on the calls noticed a difference and said you sound so much more clear what did you do? It is portable so I can take it with me on the road...excellent product...well worth the money as long as it continues to work as it does today. Highly recommend if you are MS Teams or Zoom calls frequently.

Works fantastic, doesn't feedback like some models do. Works with Chromebooks and laptops. Easy to use and sounds good!

Worked pretty good for a few weeks. I used it 4 or 5 times. It then stopped working. Tried charging, over and over. Tried any combination of button pressing. My return window, with Amazon, has passed. I figured a strong name like Sennheiser would support their products. Wrong. I've been getting the run around for a couple of weeks; talk to this department, that department, etc, etc. Ughhh. How much time is a person willing to waste on this stuff. Very disappointing. I'll avoid this brand in the future.

Been using this for five months. Normal use is one a week for 90 minutes. Between the other days not much. People on the other end can't here me that well. I can hear them fine with a tin can effect. If I want it to sound louder after the volume is maxed out the mute button gives a slight increase. My unit doesn't charge right anymore and don't have to charge it much as it holds a 14 hour charge. Now when I get done charging the light stays on after I unplug it which drains the battery. That is a bad thing.

I've owned 2: the Jabra 510 speak and this. First off I'd like to say this: this thing came DOA, i didn't have the time to return it so I had to take it apart and it seemed that the screws were in too tight causing one of the buttons to be pressed down causing it to beep non-stop. After i fixed it, i can say that this thing is alright, the Jabra 510 is better since it has bluetooth, i bought this one thinking that it would be better because of the name. If you need a minijack, this would be the product to buy, otherwise stick with the Jabra, loudness was about the same, and with the jabra you get bluetooth.

Bought this as we have a Jabra one in work and I knew if I got one of those it would get mixed up. Have used it now for over a month, great sound from it as a conference call speaker, does what it says. Connects to everything first time, no issues, tried two laptops, a tablet a a mobile phone. My only issue now is that it seems to be more popular than the Jabra version and everyone is nabbing it on me!!! Tried using it for music as well by connecting it to my tablet, the sound isn't great for music now, sounds a bit tinny.

I love my Sennheiser speakerphone. So much so that I refuse to leave it at the office. I want it all for myself. I've been using for a few weeks now, almost constantly at my home office, and no one has ever complained or even noticed that I was on a speakerphone. The quality is very good, the form factor is quite nice, and it just works perfectly with my iPhone and with my Mac. I haven't tried it with Skype or anything, but I have no doubts it'll work just as well.

Sound is good in transmit and receive, and the anti-echo works well. It is very nice to be able to have the interface to smartphone, and to note that it can simultaneously handle the smartphone and USB audio interfaces, so that one can use it as a 'bridge' between VOIP and POTs telephone connections. Its small size and easy cable handling makes it a great choice for traveling. It is attractive.A very interesting point that may not be related to this unit...it appears that the mute button does NOT mute a FaceTime conversation! it does other applications on a Macintosh.

I was looking for a way to make my cell phone teleconferencing easier, most specifically, easy mute/unmute. For long meetings, the cell phone screen inevitably shuts off and after longer periods, a password is required to just get to the mute button again. This unit connects with a wire to my cell phone and the buttons on the unit provide easy and visible access to mute status while offering great sound and good feedback from parties on the other end. It requires no batteries and uses almost no power from the cell phone itself. It comes with a sharp carrying case and has turned my cell phone conferences into bearable experiences. Well done.
