So here's my honest review on the product!I absolutely love it! My son is 3 weeks old and this past 3 weeks not only have I been able to sleep a little easier but I have the peace of mind knowing his breathing And is doing okay. The the sensor is really accurate and determining the position of the child, easy to use and really easy to set up!I only have two complaints as I think this is a newer product so they're working out some of the bugs.1) It really doesn't happen often but sometimes the app won't be able connect to the sensor for about 5 minutes. Anytime I do a diaper change I turn the sensor off, but when I go to turn it back on 8/10 times it will connect perfectly. I have already sent an email regarding this and really think next update will identify this issue.2) My second complaint is as a new time dad not only do I live in a cold region but my wife and I tend to keep the house colder. We were more than ecstatic because of the feeling temperature feature however they tell you and get into detail about what feeling temperature means not body temperature There is a suggested high option but they give no detail no guidance no anything on how should I determine when is that feeling temperature low. Some more detail some more explanation or things to look for would be nice information instead of having to Google it.Overall I love this app and for my research I recommend this over the owl or whatever the sensor that clips onto the baby foot as this one I feel is targeting my direct needs.

We have used the Sense-U diaper clip breathing monitor for six months now. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with a small baby and ~anxiety.~The good:•Accurate & sensitive readings - Have tested in my own hands, laid on a still surface, etc•Very easy to use/put on•Decent battery life•Alarm is loud and WILL wake you•Room temp & humidity readings are very useful•Option to pay monthly fee ($5-$6) to get access to all of the info trackedThe bad:•If you don’t pay that monthly fee, you only get live readings, never the history of the night etc•Because I pay for the history, I can see that the device does at times stop reading for 5-10min at a time. At most this has happened 3 or so times in one night.•Sometimes glitchy - Have had to “forget” and reinstall the device through the app many times, but it always works in the end, so more an annoyance than anything•If the device loses contact with your baby in the night (ex: my baby rolled on her side and her diaper pooched out away from her belly), you will get a false alarm. That said, I’d rather have a hundred false alarms that assure me the device works, than one that doesn’t. 👍🏼My 6M old baby hasn’t gone to bed a single night without wearing this breathing monitor. In case you are comparing, we also have the Owlett smart sock and the Snuzza. This device is far more valuable to me when it comes to SIDS & rolling over while asleep concerns. With real time readings, custom alert settings and an alarm (which blares through both the home base and your phone), I feel a lot calmer at night knowing that if something goes wrong while my baby is sleeping, we will quickly know. This is one of, if not our top, best buy for baby.

I’m a first time mom and overwhelmingly worried about every little thing. Constantly. I wanted the Owlet monitor but I couldn’t justify the price and my son has a unilateral talipes (clubfoot) that requires him to wear a cast and boots on his foot, so the Owlet wouldn’t have worked anyway. I read tons and tons of reviews for this product as well as similar ones and ultimately decided on this one. Within the first night I felt extremely relieved and slept better myself. It takes a little while to figure out how to set it up and use it, but then it’s easy. I would typically stare at the baby monitor or go up to the bassinet constantly throughout the night to ensure he was breathing. Now, with this, I don’t of that at all. I simply open the app and see the stats and then go back to sleep. Of course it’s not foolproof, but it does ease my mind. Also he doesn’t even seem to notice it’s there on his diaper whatsoever. The only drawback is that the Bluetooth doesn’t reach that far. For example, since he currently sleeps in a bassinet in our room, the device is easily connected to the base and works flawlessly. But, once we have to move him into his crib, down the hall, the device no longer connects to the base. Even though this is not a far distance whatsoever. So, I’m not sure what we will do once he’s moved in there.
