I needed a higher toilet in my RV and this is fine for height. My only complaint is how it is impossible to keep stain free. I clean it daily but it is stained pale yellow. ( I know TMI) I wish I had bought a ceramic model as staining is not an issue.Edit:I messaged the company ten days ago and have received no answer. My advice is do not buy this toilet. Get one with a ceramic bowl that will stay white not one with a plastic bowl that is impossible to keep looking clean.

This toilet replaced a different model that I had in my RV and I was lucky that the water inlet lined up perfectly, although I needed to get a 90° elbow adapter to do it. The supply waterline is pretty cheap and I was glad I didn’t have to use it, I also had to play around with the sealing gasket, in fact needed to keep my old gasket underneath the new one. I didn’t use the supplied flange, but the toilet connected to my existing flange with no problem.

Less than a month old, the bowl stopped holding water after flushing allowing odors to seep into the trailer. One month old and the flush peddle started leaking, soaking the trailer floor. Customer service is almost none existent and I was told to send the unit back. No offer to replace the unit and I asked if I was to use the hole in the floor until I got a replacement for some other dealer. NOT HAPPY.

I didn't get a water line hose with my unit. I tried 4 different hoses and none would grab the threads. The inlet is 1/2” which is standard. I even spent $24 on a specific RV toilet hose and it didn't work. The threads appeared to be stripped from the factory. I trimmed a bit off of the inlet, in hopes of getting a bite on a thread that wasn't stripped. No chance. The company voided the warranty. $200 down the drain.After some further messing around with it... I realized it's a METRIC connection. Since they didn't send me the hose, I bought an adapter..... 1/2 inch BSP female to 1/2 inch NPT male. BSP is British... metric. Our standard 1/2 goes on the male end then the female end attaches to the toilet. That's what it took!!!So, of you buy this toilet AND you get the hose, use it but if you don't get it, call the company and request the hose. Otherwise, get the adapter.

at first it held water but that was only one trip. After that it never held water again even though i tried the silicon spray in it. And the smell does come thru. No way to adjust it either. It was the day that i could return it when it happened. So i was to late

If you like money, do not buy this product. I’ve had it for 3 months with very little use and it already leaks and will not hold liquid in the bowl. I’ve tried contacting the seller with no response.. STAY AWAY!!!
