This product and the company sent me a factory defective that has no holes to install. I email them but they want me to keep the product for 10 USD, then 50 USD, I still declined, they make it to 60 USD? Is it worth it? No! I told them send me the return label with pick up instructions because this product is seriously heavy. They ignored my request. Then they told me to use electric drill which I don’t have or hire a carpenter to install the product and keep it. Hilarious! Again I ask for return label and pick up instructions, but they never answered my request. So beware before you purchase this product, it’s expensive, I spent around $500 . I’m contacting Amazon’s customer service for more details.

I would put 0 if I could. Didn’t like quality it’s $419.25 to ship back.

I was so worried that the color would not match my house - but it does. Simple but clear instructions, and it was fairly easy to put together by myself (I'm 65 but very capable), but it would have been much quicker and easier with 2 people.Right out of the box the foam cushions seemed disappointing, but after 48 hours they reached full thickness and are very comfortable. Just wish the cushions were weatherproof or that it came with a cover.The color between pieces is consistent, the pieces are all sturdy and like I said before I LOVE THE COLOR!
