I purchased these on May 18, 2024 and they arrived on May 31, 2024.My plants arrived in great shape despite the Texas heat that they had to be shipped in! The seller took the time to put them in box peanuts so they would travel well. The plants also arrived with leaves and with the roots in soil. That is a big plus! Allows the plant a much easier transition. I am over joyed with this product and can't wait to see how they grow! Only issue it didn’t come instructions and I don’t know which one is which!!! But it will be a surprise if and when they start blooming one day. I already have in collection 4 & just adding these 2 now!!! 6 in totals. 2 of them I brought back from Puerto Rico. Right now im letting them sit in room temperature & later I plan to soak them in rain water for 20 minutes & maybe plant them tomorrow with some Bonsai soil mix.More updates later

Plants came in a box. One was soft and spongy , died in a couple of days. The other seemed ok but died in 2 weeks. I have other desert roses and I love them. Beautiful plants to say the least. Was excited when I came across these, hoping to grow them from the root. Lesson learned. Very disappointing. Maybe they should ship in mulch mixture to prevent drying out or damage.

Arrived wrapped in a shred of newspaper. Roots were rock hard and both plants (if you can call the dead sticks I received plants) were leafless and lifeless. They did come with a cheap plastic 4 inch pot. That’s what is getting the one star from this review. I will be able to grow something in the way overpriced pot. I will never order anything from this seller again. I’d say more, but the censors won’t allow me to say anything else about this order.

The plants were OK, but one of the plants had lots of root rot. I removed and treated those and am hoping for the best.

The fact that 80% of the leaves were brown. One week later almost bare. I was thinking soil and pot would have been great. Instructions on a paper to check on steps to take for beginners. It at first looked very dry, now may have root rot. Trying my best to save them. I don't know if I should place them in the ground but it is also colder in the morning. Please advise. Can't work the camera.

There are multiple sellers. Plants are different depending who you purchase this from. I purchased this from Amazon last year. It was big size plants perhaps 2-3 years old and had flower buds and leaves when it got here well packed w 2 pots. 1 big plant and 1 small one w the masking tape label the color of plants as what you see in some photos. They both bloom last year. The big 1 lived for 1 year. Probably because there was a rotted spot but dried up when I got it. I am not good w plants. I may have water it on that old rot spot. Ok time to get a new one as they were beautiful. I ordered from another seller this time as they offered free shipping w no pots(they were really small I didn’t use them last time) I did get fast delivered healthy plants w no label which was which but I don’t think they will bloom this year. They were probably 1 year old or less and did not look at the stock pic. It’s fine but if I knew they weren’t the same I probably would have gotten from Amazon again. Was very excited about this purchase. Received product very quickly, and it was packaged very well. Used pots that were sent with the plants. They both lost leaves in the beginning but one was definitely healthier than the other. One month later - one rebounded and is looking very good while the other is pretty much dead. I have been looking for new growth and there just isn't any. Value for money is a 3 because I thought I was getting 2 plants and ended up with just 1. Giftable is a 1 simply because I would hate to send this to someone as a gift and only 1 live. Tried to figure out how to contact seller and see if they would be willing to send me a replacement plant but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Still excited to see what color blooms I end up with. Thanks.
