We have a really beautiful piece of art that we wanted to highlight with a light fixture. This is great for that! It was fairly easy to set up but I did watch a video someone posted on here just to be sure, I was a little confused at first when I opened the box because it looked like parts were missing. But I guess they use the same packaging whether you buy the two pack or the single light. The battery life is not bad but we do have to charge it pretty frequently since we turn it on basically every day.

Love them, great lighting. Easy to assemble and love you get two separate remotes. Charge holds, wish the charging cord was longer so undidnt have to remove from wall to charge but not bad for the price.

I really wanted to like this light as the picture looks beautiful and the idea of adding lighting without the expense of hiring someone to hardwire a fixture was appealing but regretfully the sconce was not what I was hoping for.The gold is more of a gold bronze combination and doesn’t blend with the other trim in the room. As others mentioned you can’t fully turn the fixture; I’ve only been able to use it in one direction and the charge didn’t last as long as I would like and having to hang it close to an outlet (so it can be charged) severely limited where I could hang itThe pros:Easy to put togetherEasy to put togetherThey send everything needed to install including white glovesYou can install it almost anywhereIt comes with a multi-function remote that has timers and dimming buttonsIt can be hardwiredI’ve purchased some black paint in hopes of being able to find a place where I can use this

The listing pics are pretty accurate, the light spreads about as wide as the mounting box. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could because it's really not a bad light, just not as good as it could be.I ordered this light to put behind some chairs in a basement location to provide a bit of extra gentle light (hopefully enough to read by). It was relatively easy to install the plate with 2 of the 5 included screws. The main body of the device is hefty, and if you'd like to have it permanently wired instead of operating off the rechargeable on-board battery there are wires you can solder. It has corresponding parts to hang in two directions from the plate, and sits well with just gravity. The plate is not as wide as the body, so it can shift an inch or so to either side of center, but not enough to put itself off-balance or fall. The remote takes 2x AAA batteries that are included. The bulbs are about as long as a forearm, and just plug straight into the body. There are a few rings of silicone at the ends to keep them tight, and you can install them at any angle of rotation, you get to decide how the light is pointed. At one point I did try to rotate one side while it was connected and turned on, and the light on that side flickered and went out. I turned it off and made sure it was shoved all the way in and turned it back on, and that bulb came back on, but flickered a bit when I went to hang it on the wall, so there might be a loose connection in that side. It shouldn't be wiggling too much on my wall, so I'm not sure if it will make much of a difference. What does make a difference is how dim this light actually is. Maybe it's the shade/texture of the wall I have it mounted on, and maybe it's the fact that it's a pretty dark location, but this just isn't as bright as I expected it to be. The pics show it on as bright as it will go, on with the bulb rotated out as described above, and off with the natural light of the location. We'll see if it's perhaps more effective after dark, otherwise it might get moved to an above-the-bed location.------------ Update ------------It's much more effective after dark, and a good level of light for its location & utility. I'm happy with it. :)
