Wolf Tooth designed these bolts to be the best on the market. These single chainring optimized bolts have a 4 mm hex socket on the bolt and a 6 mm hex socket on the nut so no spanner is needed. These are 6 mm long so they work perfectly with any bolt on single chainring that does not have threaded standoffs.

I’ve had these on my bike for about four months. One of the chainring bolts stripped pretty bad on installation. I was using a torque wrench and never went over. I’m trying to get a different bolt off right now, and it started stripping. It’s now stuck on the bike.Wolf Tooth usually makes fantastic stuff, so I have no idea why these are so bad.

I wanted some US-made chainring bolts to match my chain so I bought these based off the photos of the gold bolts. They’re more of a copper than a yellow gold. Here they are compared to some cheap China bolts I’ve had for a while. The quality is more than fine but I felt the color was a little misrepresented. I’ll probably exchange them for black.
