Was worried as I have seen so many of these pedals claim to fit my machine, and then they are not even close.This fits well, and works great. Compared to the original foot pedal which came with the machine, this one stays nice and cool too!

The foot pedal this replaced was getting hot while sewing. So this fit the machine perfectly.

The old foot pedal was acting erratically and controlling a consistent speed was difficult, plus it was getting pretty warm. I know that it is rebuildable and may do that in the future just so we have all original components. But we just needed the machine working asap. So I ordered this pedal assembly. It works perfectly, nice smooth and consistent acceleration. Wife loves it and is happy to use the old featherweight again. Plug that attaches into machine is tight fit, but that's better than being loose. So we're totally satisfied with this product. I'll do a follow up review if we ever have issues, but for now it's working great.

Works perfectlyThis pedal works perfectly and has a much better feel than the original button foot pedals that came with these singer machines.If I could change only one thing I would make the pedal weigh a pound or two but if you put a little Velcro on the bottom of this foot pedal and put it on a small rug I’m sure that would keep it in place very nicely.I haven’t tried any solutions to keep the pedal in the same spot and I also have to admit I’ve got machines that cost close to $1000 and they actually all have the same issue these days the pedals are very light.With all that said this is a great pedal and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one for a back up even if my current pedal worked perfectly.
