Worked really well to enlarge some 1” holes in thick stainless plate that a drill couldn’t handle.

I use this burr in a lathe mounted chuck to smooth wood pieces cut on a band saw before sanding. It works pretty well but can be a little grabby if too much pressure is applied. Overall I'm satisfied with it for what I use it for.

The edges of this cutter are sharp and did rotten wood removal very well. I have no idea how it will last or whether it will stay sharp. The soft, rotten wood was not a strong test.

This cutter rips through stainless steel welds like a hot knife through butter. Just make sure you have good eye protection because you're going to be eating a ton of chips. So far no signs of dulling either. Very impressive quslity for the cost.

Product worked on hard rear quarter panel wheel well lip. It takes a while on hard metal but works as long as you have patience. Will save you a lot of money. The other option is taking it to a machine shop etc. High quality product

I decided to replace an ancient Schlage gate lock on our iron courtyard gate with a Kwikset Smart Key lock. I expected there would be some difference in the depth of the latch and there was. This required moving a hole of approximately 2" diameter 3/8" closer to edge of the gate in steel plates on each side of the gate. These steel plates were probably 1/16"+ thick and obviously strengthened for use with the locks. While it required the use of two different battery powered drills on two different days (batteries required recharging), it required just this one burr. I wish I had taken a photo but hopefully my words paint an effective picture. The burr remains usable.
