User error. I ordered the wrong size for my daughter. She wears 14-16 clothes, and I got the 13-14 for her. She is still young, so I worried the top might be too big for her if I went with the 15-16. This is a cute suit. She specifically liked the bling on the straps. I didn't love the material or the edging. It felt a little cheap to me, but I'm not an expert. I do like that it has adjustable straps. That is so important for swimsuits for girls--of all ages. We females come shaped so differently that being able to adjust the straps on a swimsuit is a must when I'm looking for swimsuits for myself or my daughter. If I were to try to return this, I don't think I'd purchase this same swimsuit again so that's why I didn't rate it higher even though the sizing was my fault.

The photos do not do this justice. The little sparkly diamonds at the top really help this stand out and the folded bottom of the tank top reduces tummy exposure. This can also be worn as a regular tank top, either for formal or casual occasions, because the fabric is high quality and soft. There is a shelf bra, although it is made for smaller busted girls; if your daughter is large busted (any larger than a C cup), this will not work for her.The bottom is very cute and comes up to the bottom of the belly button. It is only a little cheeky and very bright and cute.

I thought this would be super cute on my daughter, but She has a long torso and the top part of the swimsuit didn't cover her whole stomach and on the pictures it went all the way down to about the hip mark. so disappointed about that but it was a cute color and style but we will have to look for another one. This has potential I'd say, with the right body type.

Cute, Cute! I have a 8 year old who is a on the thicker side. She is very self conscious and did not want her stomach showing and wanted some coverage. I got her the size 15-16 and I would say it fits like a size 14 little girls. It fits her perfect and she has room to grow. I would definitely recommend and buy again!

Meant for littler (skinny) girls. I bought bigger in size but my child is a thicker than the norm. The suit itself is adorable.
