Size down if you want a snatched or more shapewear vibe. The size chart is accurate. I bought a large which just provides an additional layer, and I’m keeping it for sheer, loose summer dresses but ordering a medium when I need a more form fitting layer.

I can't tell you how much this shaper was EXACTLY what I was looking for for wearing long dresses. I LUUUUUUVVVVV this shapewear dress! The fabric is super soft and stretchy, making it very comfortable to wear. It fits snugly (although I would encourage sizing down), doesn’t feel overly tight, perfectly shapes your curves, and is seamless...NO LINES. The length is just right and looks so elegant, and the back slit design is a nice touch. It makes it easy to walk in without feeling restricted. Honestly if your comfortable and small enough, I think this can be more than just an underdress. It might nicely pair with a jacket and cute thick waist belt. It has versatility and is such a great value for the price!!! I’ve already recommended it to my friends!

This slip arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. The first thing I noticed was how soft and stretchy the material was. It seems like good quality but the description is a bit misleading. This dress offers very light shaping- I would not even call it shapewear. It’s not very slimming either. It’s a dress with just a hint of compression. I don’t know that I would wear this as a dress anyway to be honest. It definitely looks like some kind of undergarment. Because of its length, you’d Only be able to wear it under long dresses anyway. Overall, it has some functionality to it but I was hoping for something more slimming and flattering.

This slip really helps hold everything together. Give my body and nice smooth shape. However the slip is long and you cannot wear it with a short dress. Price and fair and it's pretty comfortable. Recommended.

I was snatched okay. This slip has medium compression, strong enough to be effective but not so binding that I struggled to breathe. That said, the bust was a little snug but that's just because my twins are 44 inches and always trying to pop out of tops. My overall silhouette in my gown with this slip underneath was smooth and just very attractive. Yes you can tell I was feeling myself but really the slip is very nice. I expect the material to hold up for a very long time too as the fabric seems durable.

This slip dress is very well made. As other reviewers have said, the color is a bit duller and darker than the photos, but I only intended to wear it underneath something else anyway.As far as compression goes, I got the Small, which I thought would be tighter than it is. I'm normally a size 6, 140 lbs with 36C bra size. This was pretty loose on me. I did not find it to compress ANYTHING, and every bump and dimple I had seemed to be accentuated instead of smoothed out. Especially around the pooch area.However, I will still use this under a dress when modesty is required, and I may alter it to just above the knees since many of my dresses have slits on the side and not the back. I would still have to wear shapewear beneath it (3 layers in the summer? Oh dear, maybe not) in order to really feel comfortable wearing a bodycon dress over this.
