How did his get such a high rating? The width of the padded area under the coochiecoo is so narrow that it would give a 90s G string a run for its money. These offer very little protection so don't even think about using these for days 1-3 (believe me, I tried). However, I still gave these a 3 star because I still think they are great for peace of mind for the days leading up to the start of your period and also the last few days when flow is light. I also wear these as a backup when using tampons. However, I've used other similarly styled period thongs that provided much better protection.

I sized up the first time but they stretched in the first wash and while they seem to fit the padded gusset moves out of place. Bought my real size the second time and they fit properly!I’ve found these work for my entire period, I just have to change or use backup tampons during my heaviest days. These are much more absorbent than advertised! Great purchase.

I purchased these for leakage. I had hormonal imbalances, and was diagnosed with PCOS. My pelvic floor hasn't gotten back to normal. I was worried about the smell and the amount of leaking. I wear scrubs all day and am super self conscious These work great. No smell. Holds a good amount of liquid. I won't have to worry so much when I'm at work now. I did order a size up to do the reviews. They still ride low but it doesn't bother me too much.

I haven’t gotten to try these out yet. They are very nice quality and material. They are a bit tighter than expected I am 5’8 and 125lbs, my hips measure 33in at the top were the underwear sit, the fullest part of my hips are 37ish inches. I purchased a size small. You can stretch them to make them a bit more comfortable. I am in between a size small and medium typically, in which size medium is too big and size small is tight. I usually get the smaller size and try to stretch the item out a bit. So if you are like me I would choose the smaller size, so that way it absorbs the blood and isn’t baggy and potentially causing leaks.

Based on other thongs I've purchased I compared the measurements I sized up from unusually large to extra-large to ensure a good fit, and they fit perfectly. The first thing I noticed and was extremely pleased about, was the smooth seamless fabric on the outside, and as I looked closer, the absorbent part was sturdy feeling if that makes sense, but not bulky, it still feels true to a thong which was the whole point I haven't worn it throughout a full day but I did try them on and they feel good if you've purchased thongs on Amazon before and they fit amazing make sure to compare that size chart to this one, so you can get the best fit . I'm sure I'm gonna love these after actually wearing them out and might even purchase more in the future.

5'5" around 155lbs and I got the large. They aren't super stretchy so I sixed up one size (typically a medium in US women's underwear). The fabric is kind of smooth like a dri fit t-shirt (not cotton feeling, but feels to be good quality. I plan to use them for the gym/working out post partum. My bladder/pelvic floor has not yet recovered so I sometimes pee a bit during heavy lifts, double-unders, high exertion movements/etc. The crotch/padded part seems thick (like it will hold a good amount of liquid) but isn't bulky. I just wore them today during a cardio class and they did great !

I've used these for a few months. I'm petite and they do feel a bit tight but overall great and not bulky. I can wear them with leggings with no problems. I haven't tried them with a heavier flow, though.

I'm normally a small and sized up to a medium based off both reviews and trying to measure their sizes. They fir perfectly. I don't plan on using these on their own just as back up on my first 2 days when I'm at my heaviest flow. They should do the truck for that.
