Excellent quality wheel. Fits the harbor freight tool grinder but requires a longer shoulder bolt. The shoulder bolt required is a 8mmx1.25 with a 10mm x 10mm shoulder and 13mm thread length. A standard steel bolt can be used but the bolt heads will slightly stick out past the wheel unless the heads are ground shorter. A low profile head would be the best solution. Overall works well for sharpening carbide tools.
