of the lesser know brand merino i've tried this is the closest to being nice enough, it's very soft to the touch, but it is still itchy when wearing so i returned. also sized up with an XXL and it still fits kinda snug, not super tight, but not like an XXL.

I just received my size large a-shirt today. The merino wool isn't as refined as I expected. The tank top is a little itchy but fits well, is sturdy and appears well made. For the price, it appears to be well worth it. Time will tell if it holds up.

Women's shirts are so expensive. I like wool shirts & wanted a sleeveless one for hiking, so I got this. The armholes probably would be cut too far forward on the sides for a woman with a larger chest, but they're okay on me.Shirt is super soft, breathable & lightweight (but not too thin). I got the Moss Blue in large for a looser fit, then came back for the Tahitian Tide in medium. They're slightly long, but that's okay. The price is better than any other sleeveless wool I've found, & I like the colors.Wool is awesome because you can wear it a long time before washing -- just air out overnight. I wash in Eucalan (no rinse needed) to keep the wool soft & odor-resistant.

I own 3 of these and 1 of them shrunk permanently and is now basically a belly shirt. Cant even wear it anymore.... not really a reliable expectation

Love the quality, the finishing of it. Bonus laundry wash bag indicates that company is focus on pleasing customers! Would recommend it to anyone.Thank you seller, quality from China was in the past poor quality, but last two purchases are very nice!

I am a 5’ 160# female and the medium fits perfectly. I love merino wool but the women’s is always more expensive! I wear these for work under my flight suit, 24 hours without issue. Soft, cool, absorbent, dries quickly, and no odor!

OK, we've been wearing wool as a year round layers since forever. As we've watched the prices for our favorite base layer brands like Icebreaker move into ridiculousness ($65 for a tank? C'mon...), it was time to find equal or better alternatives. Enter Sheep Run and Amazon (thank you, both). These tanks are both a lot less expensive and, well, better quality! The body is really long and great for taller folks. For shorter people, your heiny stays warm or cool, too. The fabric is a little heavier than today's typical base layer and we're actually happy that it is. The fabric is also a super stretchy knit and should keep its shape after repeated laundering without getting stiff or smaller. The online size chart is accurate. However, given the extra stretch, we'll order our usual medium next time for a second skin fit now that we know all the fabric's specs. We'll need more tanks at any rate, because who knows what's going to happen in the future. All we know is that we don't see ourselves dialing down our outdoor sports.Although it took a while for these to arrive from China, it was worth the wait. We see now that Amazon stocks most of Sheep Run's sizes, so no more long waits, as in weeks, for these great merino products.

I am merino obsessed. I work outdoors in the winter, and I don't know how I ever did without this material. It has completely changed the way I can dress. I used to have to wear a heavy coat in the winter, now I just throw on as many base layers of merino wool as needed for whatever the weather may be- this fabric is as close to magical as you can get. It dries so fast when it gets wet that it cools your skin, and it releases excess body heat when you're too hot, so it's temperature regulating. When it gets wet, it still keeps you warm. Try that with cotton, which will kill you with hypothermia when it gets wet, which I have personally verified while working on a Christmas tree farm 30 years ago. I have all of the major merino brands.Icebreaker, Smartwool, Minus33, Meriwool, Ibex. My Sheep Run clothing is just as nice as anything they make. This t-top is incredible. I was expecting it to be lighter as it's listed as "lightweight" but it's more like 200g, which I prefer over 150 or 180g, as it's much more durable. Everything this company makes is beautifully crafted. I have their 400g tops/bottoms(numerous pairs), their boxer briefs, and t-shirts, and now this tank top, of which I'll be buying many more. Sheep Run doesn't get enough love imho, a hidden gem making this luxurious textile more accessible to the world..
