I have the exact item that I purchased from a different vendor and the catcher fell off on the first shot. I haven't tried this new one yet.

I installed this on my Tristar Viper G2 Sporting 12 gauge and it works flawlessly. When I use it for hunting, it quickly folds away and I can shoot multiple shots. When my daughter uses it for trap shooting, it folds up to catch the spent shells. CLEAN THE SURFACE WITH ALCOHOL SO IT PROPERLY ADHERES TO THE METAL.

Catches light target load casings well, but heavier loads kick out on ground

I have a Remington Auto and shells are thrown out the side and this little tool keeps that shell from hitting the shooter in the next station. works really well. keeps you from getting in trouble at the trap shooting locations

They are a great company to deal with!!! Kapow shell catcher worked perfectly on my Remington 11-87 and my Browning Maxus. We have ran a couple thousand shells through this shell catcher so far and not one issue. Thanks for selling a reliable product.

I put 50 rounds through my gun on Sunday. It caught 5 shell, but at least redirected the rest so they did not interfere with other shooters. What concerned me most is the weak engineering, especially for such an expensive product. The pin just dropped out several times as the gun was held pointing towards the ground between shots. I now have to try and secure the pin, any suggestions would be greatfully received.19 July 2022 I used it once a week from March thru May 2022 and it finally broke. Useless for me
