Beautiful with leather finish. It’s a great present for my son.

Got this to add some flavor to my dnd games. Looks great and holds a lot of dice on the sides. I’m able to get metal dice now since I won’t be worried w out messing up the table.

This tray looks fantastic, with its shield shape and dragon graphics. The pleather feels good, and everything seems well put together, although some of the seam corners stick out a bit.The dimensions differ from the product listing -- the lid is just under 8.75" at its widest point and just over 10" at its longest. The inner section for die rolling is only about 6.25" in total length and 5" at its widest. It's a little more total space than a 4.5" round tray, which isn't much. And you often have to lean over to see dice resting against the near wall.IMO the design would be improved without the inner wall -- if you store dice in the tray, you could just dump them into the lid when you're using it. The lid is actually better for rolling dice in, although it doesn't have the cool "ROLL OR DIE" graphic. The underside of the lid is the same beige felt material as the top surface of the tray. There's no indication of the inner material under the felt and pleather; based on the slight amount of flex, I suspect that it's probably thin MDF or something similar. The dice storage area around the outside of the rolling section seems slightly padded, although I'm not sure whether that's just thicker felt or if there's some rubbery or foam material underneath. While the product appears to be of good quality, the MSRP seems very high. Despite its quirks, at half the price it'd be worthy of five stars. I realize that gaming accessories tend to be expensive, because they mainly come from small hobbyist makers, but 72 bucks for a dice tray is excessive. Especially considering the use of PU leather, which can be unpredictable. My tray still looks great after a few weeks of use, but I worry that in six months or a year, the surface might start to crack and fall apart.

This is a bit bigger than your average dice tray, but it's really nice! I like that it can hold at least 5 sets of dice (more actually, but that's what I have in it), and that the rolling area is padded enough that metal dice dice don't make so much noise. So far it has held up well, and several of the other players are quite jealous... If you've got the money (as this is a bit pricey), it's well worth it.

This would work great if your game is wherever this case is located; at home, game store, etc. But if you are traveling to your game, it's bulky, and doesn't seem very sturdy. It feels like cardboard wrapped in pleather. The design is fantastic, but it takes up too much space.I could see it for use in an introductory game at conventions, game days, libraries; when you don't know if people will have their own dice. You can place this in the center of the table, everyone can "claim" a set of dice and get playing. It also would work well for games that use a lot of dice and/or lots of different types of dice.I don't see this as replacing the classic dice bag, but it does have it's place.

This dice storage shield is really great for storing your larger than normal and unusual dice. The lid is a good fit and has the great balance of opening resistance, good enough to keep it closed but not enough where you have to fight it to open it up. It's empty weight is very light, comparable to a thick cardboard box of the same size. The logo on the top lid is very nice but also very susceptible to scratches and abrasions, even a light fingernail scrape will cause visible damage to the dragon logo. The inside padding/velvet like material does make for some slightly quieter dice rolls but some care must be taken when rolling the dice so that the dice doesn't bounce out of the center. In regards to the center rolling section, I feel like it's a bit too small, especially considering the steep price of the case. While the smaller center does allow for storage of larger dice I feel like it forces you to make an overly complicated technique when it comes to rolling where just tossing the dice in for a roll will result in the die bouncing outside of the case. Overall it's a great product and I love the idea, it just needs a bit more real estate.

This dice case is amazing, the quality is fantastic. Black leather with purple felt. Looks amazing and is sturdy. Holds 6 sets of dice, 2 of which are the bigger heavier metal dice sets. All my buddies and players love it and so do I.

Looks clean and made with pretty good quality material. I only could fit 5 sets on the outside but still pretty good.
