I got them installed on the bike but I need to take the bike to a shop and have them recalibrate the bike so I can start riding it.

The instructions were basic and simple; easy to follow. I had my previous wire covers for to slide on and guide the wire. Which was good cause those were not included and if needed would need to be purchased separately. Mowan 15sp and the speed shift button works great.

I thought that because I was buying 'Shimano' there would be some quality level that they would not go beneath.....I was surprised at just how badly designed and constructed these shifters actually are.This is not a reflection on the seller.Because of this experience I will think twice about buying any Shimano labeled products.
