These pads are very thick which is nice. But if you are looking for something discreet, this is not it. They are huge and I have big boobs, size D+. The clear square portion at the top is too big and peeks through anything you wear. Also they are not sticky enough to stay up and are constantly falling. I needed these for a wedding and was disappointed.

Tab does not stay in place it simply is not sticky enough. I clean skin and use alcohol to make sure area is oil free and dry. Barely sticks, the cup area however sticks very well. I would not recommend this product. Unless the lift tab is perfected it's a waste for holding breast up even with a bra.

I cut off the sticky lift portion and the stiff part because i just wanted a cover & these are the best covers I've come across so far- I've tried a lot lol. I wear them mostly for masking the bump due to the cold, etc. You can still see a little bit of a bump when its there but not much. If your actual nipple/areola is dark, you'll probably still be able to see it through very sheer or light colored clothing if you intend on not wearing a bra of some kind but again only just a little bit. I wear a 36DD and I got the largest size and they fit well

I am a 36 D. I have nursed 4 babies and fluctuated in my weight, that being said the girls need some help. These cover my breast and they give me nice shape and SOME support. I would not be happy with wearing them in a TShirt but they work great in a fitted dress/top. U can trim the sticky tab but it is rather large.

I was only able to get 3 wears on these. I didn't have enough any lotion on and I rinsed them as well but the stickiness still didn't last long. I did love the coverage and security of using them as long as the stickiness is there.
