Looks great as a conversation piece. The lens is a bit foggy though. Seems there is a permanent fingerprint on the inside from MFG. Looks great works oaky.

There was nothing about the scope that is wrong. It was just what my wife wanted. I didn't expect it to look this good. I got a real bargain.

Great looking with the brass. Tripod stand is sturdy but really needs to be 12 inches taller. Optics are fair.

This was a very pretty telescope, however we bought it to also be used. The lens quality was not good - it was blurred.Was hoping for an attractive and working telescope. This was a present for our son's birthday and was disappointed that he had to return this telescope.

The telescope was just as the picture showed. It was purchased for a gift, so I have not used it. It is to be used in a mountain cabin in Colorado. I will try to remember to update the rating once I hear about how it performs. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
