Wish I could leave no stars. Paid for the liftgate service to get my bandsaw delivered. They didn’t pay it to FedEx. I’m now going to collections over the bill with fedex they charged me an additional 417.00 on top of the shipping fees KAKA charged me. Called emailed and tried to get a refund in here. Nothing, they said they would take care of it and they didn’t. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I have tried and tried to get Kaka to pay this bill with no success, they are not honest. I guess I should be happy to pay for this great service from Amazon and Kaka, I am going to pay $147.90 to Fedex to prevent this from going to collections and my credit ratings. Amazon did not provide the service I need
