I am always poking my toe through my tennis shoes, since I started using these a couple years ago haven’t had my toe go through the shoe. Makes my shoes last longer !

My shoes were getting a hole in the first layer of fabric from the inside, I bought these and they were an easy, simple way to solve the problem. They have good adhesion, and I do not feel them when I am wearing my shoes. I will say they can be difficult to put in and line up how you want it, but the adhesion is strong enough to allow you to peel and stick multiple times until you have it where you want it.
