The customers like the soft gentle tones of the bell some can’t even tell where the sound is comping from. It is loud enough I can even hear it in the back office which is a plus.

This is perfect for someone that resides in a quiet home, or has a business that doesn't have too much noise going on bc the bell most certainly works but it is soft. I like it but it wasn't as loud as I thought it would be.

I absolutely love the Shopkeepers Bell! It adds such a charming and unique touch to our front door. The bell is magnetic, so it attaches easily and stays securely in place, and it rings beautifully every time someone walks in or out. The sound it makes is so lovely—not too loud or too soft, just a pleasant chime that welcomes family and friends as they enter. I work in an office/spa where I'm not always at the front desk. I needed something to notify me when new patients arrive but I didn't want it to be intrusive. This 100% fits the bill. It's loud enough so I can hear it in the rooms but not SO loud that it's disturbing to patients.
