This 8 gallon 6.0 hp motor power peak is better than my smaller 4.5 gallon SHOP VAC. Rolls around the house very nicely! Hose could be a bit tougher so as not to bend or kink so easily. Problem is that the cord is only 11 feet long, like reaches halfway across a living room-then you have to move to another plug. My older smaller unit has a whopping 17 foot cord, why cut corners on this larger model???
