Seems to work so far as a second anchor for the aft sand bar anchor. Smaller in size and weight so not likely to hold under extreme pulls but works for our 20’ boat.

The anchor is obviously a little small but works great for our 16’ footer. Kit came with everything needed and seems sturdy enough.

Fits perfect in the bow storage on my 2002 Key West 1720. Was having a problem finding one that wasn’t too long that it wouldn’t fit depth wise in the compartment and one that was too small that it wouldn’t fit width wise, to utilize the factory anchor hold downs in the bow. This one fits perfect, and works great for sandy conditions when anchoring.

It's okay. It's Chinese. The welds on the anchor are sloppy. But it does what I want. It's an anchor only big enough to be used for temporary stays somewhere. I wouldn't trust it overnight. But I never thought I would. So, if I want to stop somewhere for lunch or to hang out for a while, maybe some beach somewhere, it should do fine. That's what I think. Good luck.

This product works great as a stern anchor on my 21ft AquaSport. Even when water is a little choppy it holds well provided you know how to set an anchor and get a good bite. I was a little hesitant to buy once I read reviews but the price was great and I figured why not. I am very pleased with the quality and happy overall. As a main anchor it won’t work for a boat my size unless in a very calm lake but as a stern anchor A+.

I use this as a stern anchor for my 21' center console. It works great when we're at a beach and want to keep the boat from swaying in the wind. I have it tied to a cleat at the rear of my boat. I deploy the bow anchor, reverse towards the shore until the water is only a couple feet deep, then stop and carry this anchor and set it in the sand, then take out any slack in the line.Without a stern anchor, the boat will spin around in the wind. Obviously not good when you're parked next to other boats.This could probably be used as a main bow anchor on a slightly smaller boat, but you'd probably want to add more rope unless you're in pretty shallow waters.I'm using it in saltwater, so we'll see how it holds up over time. I rinse it down with freshwater along with the rest of my boat when I dock it, so hopefully that should keep it looking good.Update: I figure I'd update after owning and using this for a year in saltwater. It still works great and looks fine. I usually forget to wash this off after a trip, so it's had plenty of saltwater sitting on it for long periods of time, and that hasn't had any negative impact so far.

This is a very small anchor, it works fine as a rear anchor on my 19 ft center console. It didn’t even think about holding as a front anchor. Build quality was pretty good, I’ve had mine in salt water several times with no signs of rust yet. A good washing goes a long way though.
