Works well. I had to modify her housing on my old Boxster a trifle. It was catching and popping the cable free going into 5th. Once done it has been great. Now to quiet the exhaust. Any suggestions?

Works flawlessly. 10 months in, and I'm still loving it.The biggest issue I ran into, is that you have to pull apart one of the bushings, and take out the metal washer, in order to fit and install.

Great bang for your buck!! Took me about an hour to install, no more sloppy shifter, now just crisp precise shifts every time, only took a couple minutes to get used to. Should have done this years ago! Fits and functions just as intended.

Kit required modifications to both the shifter and the OEM housing. Item received is not like the one in the picture as it doesn’t have the groove for the factory shift knob to snap back into place. Now I have to buy an aftermarket shift knob and boot. Was not expecting to have to spend more to make this work. Might pull apart and send back as it’s not correct.

This fits the 987.1 for US models. I has to flip the lever though because I think this was meant for the European market. On the bushings there is a washer you need to remove prior to installing. It is the metal one sandwiched between the plastic bushing and metal housing. Remove one and this will fit. Overall it feels so much better than stock and it has no play in it
