We are already using this shot clock at our neighborhood kids' league organized through the church and it works great. It's big enough and bright enough that it can be clearly seen, even in the daylight. It's got the handy remote so I was able to operate it for several games from my normal seat in the mid-court behind and above the bench where we can see and encourage the grandkids who play. This is a sturdy and well-made clock that already took a tumble and had no cracks to the housing and no damage to the internals. Works just fine even after being bumped over by a stray basketball. I really wish when I was a kid playing decades and decades ago we would have had such a great little portable shot clock. Would have been great for neighborhood games as well down at the local park courts. Good variety of controls - instantly pauses when desired, resets upon command, and I can custom-move the clock to whatever starting point I need to suit the game.Good value in a very durable, long lasting clock. I recommend it.

This shot clock timer has been a fantastic addition to our family's game nights, and it's surprisingly versatile! While it's designed for basketball, we've used it for all sorts of games and activities, from timed board game turns to workout intervals. The multiple countdown options (12, 24, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 60 seconds) make it adaptable to various needs. The display is large and easy to read, even from a distance, and the controls are simple and intuitive. The buzzer is loud enough to be heard clearly, even in a noisy environment, but not so loud that it's jarring. The portable design is also great; we can easily take it with us to the park or a friend's house. The build quality feels solid and durable, and it's held up well to repeated use. Whether you're using it for serious basketball training or just adding a fun, competitive element to your games, this shot clock timer is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

This clock has a very visible light, it makes backyard basketball a lot more fun and competitive. You can switch between pre-programmed timers, which is useful when having to switch from one version of the game to another. We play different pickup games, and a different timer is very useful. The buzzer can be heard clearly above average backyard noise. It isn't a traditional buzz sound, more like an alarm sound. The price is a bit steep for what it does, but I have had no issues yet.

I got this shot clock basketball timer for my son's basketball games and it has been a game-changer. The timer is very easy to set up and use, with multiple countdown options ranging from 12 to 60 seconds. The remote control is convenient for changing the timer from a distance, and the buzzer is loud enough to be heard clearly even in a noisy gym. The portable size makes it easy to transport to different courts, and the quality of the materials is top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this shot clock for any sports team or coach looking for a reliable and versatile timer.

You want a shot clock with remote operation? Then this will scratch your itch. That said, very little thought in product design and presentation. The "manual" is just a quick overview for the use of the remote. The product is designed with the assumption that you will also purchase their custom stand. So you receive a bunch of screws and bolts to attach to something not included. It is not designed to simply be placed on desk.I would live with all these shortcomings, except the product is priced at a premium. I personally don't feel comfortable paying a premium for something so cheaply thrown together.

This has been great addition to our driveway games. Kids just love it and it has added a completely new, fun and excitement dimension to the game.It is visible even in daylight, but we could only get the buzzer in a stopwatch to work, don't even know if there is any at the display device itself, couldn't find anything about it in the manual. It is a fun device, certainly super useful for basketball games, but maybe could be a bit cheaper, I don't feel the 'technology' involved in this justifies $199 price at the time of this review.

This is a great basketball shot clock. But that's not what I use it for. I use it for game nights. Is it over-the-top for game nights? YES. But it's pretty amusing and there's never any question about how much time is left or who's tracking the time, etc. Everyone can see the countdown and there's something about the that which adds to the sense of pressure to answer a trivia question or get through as many rounds of clues/guesses as you can before the buzzer goes off.Do be aware that it's more of a beep sound than a buzzer sound. You can set it for any time you want between 1 and 99 seconds. (I do wish it had 3 digits so it had a bigger time range.)

For when you need to enforce some actual structure in a game instead of letting people take their sweet time deciding whether they want to shoot or perform an interpretive dance. The buzzer is loud enough to snap people out of whatever distraction they were lost in, and the remote control means I don’t have to walk over every five seconds to reset it. Works for all kinds of timed events, so if you ever wanted to make family game night really competitive, this will do the trick.
