This little kit is basically perfect, its compact and stores nicely so i can keep it in my shooting bag and it has some nice little tools that are quality of life like the needle oil bottle. Cleaned very well and would recommend to my other shooting buddies.

I used the cleaning kit today for the first time. I’m impressed with the quality of it and really-REALLY like the compact size. Way better than my old cleaning kit in a clunky plastic box. The rod is much smaller and isn’t as sturdy as the 20 year old rods but again it’s very adequate. I’d give it 5 stars except for just ONE thing. The cleaning brush is about 1/2 inch too long to tuck comfortably in the pouch. It’s almost like it was an afterthought to incorporate it into the kit. I’m afraid it will tear its internal retention pouch way too soon. I may just opt to leave it out of the kit
