This shower base was exactly what I needed. I was installing on a concrete slab and it is very important to but down a cushioning base first. 2 hard surfaces will make a creeking sound as you use the shower if no cushioning is used. I used neoprene and glued shims and works great. Very happy with the covered drain and overall quality.
