Got this for my airbnb shower curtain rod that seems to fall down all the time. Easy to put up and have been sticking to the tile for a bit now. It is difficult to get my shower rod into the slots but I have it set up so they will eventually slide right into place. This has been an awesome fix that even a new rod couldn’t fix.

It's one thing to hole a bare curtain rod, but then you have to account for the weight of the hooks/rings, curtain and liner, plus the fact that you are opening and closing these repeatedly, in a hot, wet bathroom. I'm just not sure over time how well this will hold.

Simple, peel and stick. Be sure to alcohol wipe the smooth surface a few minutes before. and press hard after applying. Smoothly press in the corners down. Wait for 24 hours before putting weight on it. I did that and things are turning out good so far…Thanks!

What a great little problem-solver! I recently renovated 2 bathrooms, including getting new tubs. I just bought shower curtain tension rods because I'm not sure I want to install shower doors on the tubs. One of the rods kept falling. I just found these strong adhesive shower rod holders, and I'm thrilled that something with such a simple design has solved the problem so easily. I just stuck the holders on the wall, and the tension rod presses on them firmly to the tile, and the bracket holds the end of the rod up if it ever gets loose. It saved me from spending more money trying to buy another rod or something that may have a similar issue.

Got this to hold our shower rod in our camper. We can’t really drill holes into the camper and use a tension shower bar for added hanging storage. The problem is that sometimes the rod falls, I saw this and had to order it right away. It has really strong adhesive and installed so easily! No more rod falling down! Great inventive product and I highly recommend

The adhesive didn't work for long on the plastic I applied it to. Seems like it would work well for sheetrock walls, to protect the sheetrock and paint from damage from the tension rods. But does not replace a screwed on support cup.

These rod holders really were made for the shower. If you want to use them for curtain rods or doorway dividers, they can work, but they may not give you the look you want. The semi-circle lips are mounted to a rather thin but strong piece of plastic that has adhesive on the back to hold it in place. I expect that these adhesive plastic mounts are intended for vinyl or ceramic tile walls. I believe that if mounted to a painted doorway or window frame, attempts to remove the adhesive may also remove the paint. But that's just my guess.They are clear, so aren't a huge eyesore, but they are also shiny, so it's not as if they are invisible.Perhaps more importantly, these rod holders are designed to keep shower rods from accidentally slipping or being pulled down; they are not made to be super-duper strong. Even if a curtain rod may be weighted to support 80 lbs, these rod holders are plastic and are not likely designed to absorb that much pressure. So, if you're falling in the shower and grab the curtain or rod, just don't plan on it to hold.

It seems to be that no matter how tight I tighten my tension rod. It’s still manages to constantly fall all the time I think just the pulling of back-and-forth from the shower curtain is going to affect how long the shower curtain stay up before it falls. these are great super easy to install. Just stick them to the wall. You can’t even see them because they’re clear unless you’re really looking and they keep the shower curtain rod up great no issues definitely recommend.
