These plates work for both the new and old sidekick sizzix, I have the old and I wore out my old plates so decided to give these a try they work beautifully, with my old sizzix, I will buy again when these wear out.

I'm rather disappointed in this bundle. To begin with the cutting pads won't feed into my SideKick. These are blue and after doing some research, I was told to only buy and use the clear cutting pads. When Tim Holtz himself does demos on his FB site, he recommends the clear cutting pads too. I don't understand why Sizzix makes these colored pads knowing they won't work! In other words, these are useless. The adhesive sheets included are permanent adhesive sheets. Permanent sheets stick forever to most surfaces they're applied to! That's not what I wanted. I thought I was getting Sticky Grid sheets that can be applied and removed several times. Since this is my mistake, I can't complain. I'm just pointing this out so you'll know. I've since re-ordered new clear cutting pads and Sticky-Grid from a different vendor. This bundle wasn't worth the bother of mailing back for a refund with COVID 19 so prevalent so I ate the cost and moved on. Live and learn!

And since I have the ORIGINAL sidekick from 20 years ago, those pads don't work without a huge shim. These make my 20 year old sidekick work perfectly! I love the sticky things, too. Damn Tim.

This is a good little die cutting machine because it is so easy to pack and bring with you to a friend's house. Works well for most word dies. Really pleased to have bought it.
