These are very simple to install and exchange, but I can tell you they only last a year or so in a 24/7 environment. There's a plastic gear inside that strips out. We had one fail at 8 months and the other failed at 13 months. Siemens should have used a bronze gear, or a stronger polymer. The 2 way valve they mount on will last much longer than the actuator.
