Fits my 2006 Sienna right side sliding door perfectly. The steps are not simple. I recommend watching some Youtube videos to get yourself familiarize with all the steps before you starts. You will need a varieties of wrenches with 10mm sockets, and Philippe (cross) screw drivers that can get into tight spaces. I would allow at least 5 hours for the process. But that really depends on your skill and comfort level. I think I've saved a few hundred dollars by doing the replacement myself. As you are progressing, be sure to take detailed pictures of how things were originally connected before you take them down! It will make your life much easier as you are putting things back together. One major issue I have with this cable replacement is the colors of the 2 end anchor pieces at the cable ends were reversed. Following the original setup, and from the Youtube video I've watched, supposedly the white color end piece is for the back and the black color end piece is for the front. However with what I received it had the colors reversed. I was confused and panic for a moment, thinking that I have screwed up big time. After back tracking all the work and examining how the cables were directed out at the end pully where the 2 cables come out, it was just that the colors were reversed. Good thing both end anchors are exactly the same shape.Another lesser issue is that the plastic end that supposedly push into the shaft gear component detent broke on me. Good thing it is that it is not load bearing. I was able to just use glue (I used goop) to secure it and it seems to hold up well.Threading through the door gap is really, really tight, to the point you would think it is a mission impossible. But you can do it! Just be patient and wiggle it around. Some silicone lubrication spray would help the treading process easier.

Item was exactly what I needed. It works just as good as a genuine Toyota part. You may need a pro to install it as it is very involved including removing the side door window.

I installed this on an 09 Sienna. This part failed immediately. It failed in exactly the same way the original failed: the cable came off the spindle, wrapped around the motor shaft, and made terrible crunching noises.I noticed these quality issues with this part:-cables were unlubricated-instructions didn't cover much-bearing fell out more than once-But most importantly, CABLES WERE NOT CORRECT LENGTH. There was a LOT of excess, so much that I trimmed one cable and re-crimped a new end on.Some issues I ran into unrelated to the quality of this part:Difficulty of install for a fairly experienced DIYer was high. This was a day and half job. Glass had to be removed. Outer body panel had to be bent slightly in order for part to be inserted. As I understand, some years do not have these issues. My recommendation to you would be to take the interior door panel off, cut the cables, remove the cables and ends from the vehicle, and live with a manual door. This was not worth the pain and headache.

This item worked exactly as advertised for my 2009 sienna. Replacing the part myself took some time (slightly over 6hrs), but cost a fraction of what the dealer quoted me!

Works great and way cheaper than the dealership. We did both sides with this brand. The first has been working for over 2 years.

Great part. Now that both sides of the OEM sliding doors on my 2010 Toyota Sienna have broken, I have replaced both with the left and right versions of this part. Have been using them for a few weeks now, still working great. This comes with the spool and doesn't require you to trim the wire (I have had one in the past that did). I have done this a few times now (saved about $3000 buying these and doing it myself), but it still takes about 4 hours to do. I hope these will last as long as the remaining life of the van.

This is a great option verses purchasing the entire cable and motor assembly from the manufacturer for ~$600. The installation is relatively long and tedious, but not impossible. Check out YouTube videos for step-by-step guidance and pictures. The included instructions are a little light on details. I rated "Sheerness" at 4 stars because the pulley bits that fit near the rear door hinge don't fit 100% exactly like OEM, but it is still a really good fit and is good enough for me. I will update this review if I have any troubles in the future, but my install has been working for over a month without issue.
