How to use the Sigtuna folding bike lock:
Step 1: Unfold the lock
Unfold the bike lock so that it is long enough to wrap around your bike and secure it to a post, bike rack, or other fixed object.
Step 2: Secure the lock
Wrap the lock around your bike frame and the object you want to lock it to. Make sure that you position the lock in a way that makes it difficult for someone to cut or pry it open. Then, use the lock's key to secure it in place.
Step 3: Test the lock
After you have secured the lock, give it a firm tug to make sure that it is fastened to both your bike and the object you locked it to. If you are able to move your bike easily, you may need to adjust the positioning or tightness of the lock to make it more secure.

I've had this for a couple years now and it's excellent. Hasn't broken, still works, extremely easy to use, stores on the frame. It's long enough for most situations, and it feels very secure.

Solid metal and not cheap feeling, came with 3 keys and some nice adjustable straps to hold a bottle if your using this to secure a bike. The straps have a soft gel on the surface as to not scratch the paint of your bike, quite a nice touch 👌

This thing is way better than I thought it would be. It can screw into the bike using the cupholder screws. On my bike it works really well with this setup. It gives you the advantage of a chain while preventing a bike thief with a chain cutter from stealing the bike. It is very easy to deploy it.

I got this one because my old bike lock was very heavy. This one is both less than half the weight of previous one, but also as it folds, it easily goes into any of my bags. I like it

I have the lock from Lectric brand and this one. It's obvious that lectric rebranded this one. Works great and I love this lock but if you wanna save some money buy this. Adds no weight to your bike and stays secure. Easy to install and is a great value for the lock!

The bars on each segment are plastic coated thin metal. The rivets allowing the segments to pivot don't appear very strong and show rust after several weeks. The locking mechanism is a metal circle with an opening for the opposing lock bolt to slide into and probably a hammer blow would break it.It's heavy and even though there's an included holder to mount on bike, I leave it at home. The wheel to be secured has to be less than 6 inches from what you're locking it to.But at a glance, it looks like a stronger lock to a thief.

I was looking for something a little lighter than a U-lock, but almost as strong. This is it. And bonus: it allows more flexibility in lock-ups. The holster works great, except for one small disappointment. The velcro straps for the holster have a very nice rubber contact side for your bike frame so the holster stays in place, but the velcro is only on one small part of the strap so they only work with a regular size tube. I had hoped to attach it to the underside of my down tube, but my down tube is a little bigger and while the straps are certainly long enough to wrap around the tube, the velcro does not extend to the end of the straps and does not work for a wider tube. I don't understand why they didn't include more velcro so it would work on wider tubes or why they include these longer straps with no functional reason to be that long. Maybe I got a defective holster without the velcro that should have been along the end of the straps. But it just means I have to attach the holster to my seat tube instead. No biggie.

It’s functional and easy to travel with low-profile. The key is cheap metal so beware it could break on you as other have stated maybe that’s why they give you 3 of them. It’s just a matter of time I feel like until the key breaks as I’m trying to unlock it then I’m screwed, literally. You get what you pay for though, simple as they. I went cheap and it still works for me 2 months later but… yeah. I feel like the more I use the key the easier it gets or the more universal any dummy key would be able to break it open. Just being honest that’s my take, take it or leave it.
